Downgrade or Cancel Your Membership
Use the membership account area to review your Elizabeth April membership subscription and choose any available downgrade or cancellation option.
Sign in to the Elizabeth April account that holds the membership.
Open Manage My Membership.
Review the membership details and select the available option to change, downgrade, or cancel the subscription.
Use the right account area
This article applies to Elizabeth April membership subscriptions. The separate Change Payment Method area is only for eligible WooCommerce order payment methods; it does not change a membership subscription.
If you cannot sign in, use the password-reset guidance first. If the account area does not show the subscription you expect, contact Customer Support with the email address used for the membership.
