Do you have multiple accounts on the EA site? Link them together to enjoy a streamlined experience.
Instructions Below to Link Your Accounts:
Step 1 - Make sure you are logged into your primary EA account
Step 2 - Once logged in, Go to your 'My Account' Section HERE
Step 3 - Then go to 'Link Accounts' HERE
Step 4 - From there you will see a spot to add the email address of your secondary EA account
Step 5 - Click the 'Save' button to activate the account link
Note: This will link your two accounts together to allow you to access your orders and membership details across your accounts no matter which way you log in.
