Has our team issued you a store credit, and you're ready to use it? Follow the steps below to learn where your store credit is and how to redeem it.

Instructions Below to Find Your Store Credit:

Step 1 - Make sure you are logged into your EA membership account
Step 2 - Once logged in, Go to your 'My Account' Section HERE
Step 3 - Click on the 'My Store Credit' option HERE
Step 4 - Simply copy your store credit code and paste it into the 'Coupon Code' section at checkout to redeem your credit
