Downloading files and folders using a web browser can be incredibly convenient, especially when you're on the go.
Here is how it works:
Downloading files and folders from our web page is straightforward. It involves selecting the files and folders you want and then clicking the "Download" button.
Download Options:
If you're downloading a single file, it will be saved to your browser's designated download location.
For multiple files and/or folders, our web application will create a ZIP archive containing your selections. You'll need to unzip or extract the files from this ZIP archive.
ZIP File Naming Convention:
ZIP files downloaded from the Elkjøp Cloud web application typically follow the format "foldername.zip."
Important Notes:
Downloading very large files or folders as a ZIP file can be slow and occasionally unreliable. In some cases, users may encounter timeouts before the download begins. If this occurs, we recommend trying the download again. If the issue persists, consider using our desktop application for downloading large files.
