What is two-factor authentication?
Two-factor authentication (2FA) is a two-step login process. In addition to your username and password, you must enter a code that you receive on an authenticator app or SMS when you log in. The purpose of this is to add an extra "layer" of security, which means that a stolen password is not enough for someone to break into your account.
The advantage of two-factor authentication is improved security, the disadvantage may be that it takes longer to log in. We recommend all our customers to activate two-factor authentication.
