We are required by the DMV to keep and maintain student records for 3 years. Records include information on you, the student (including Driver's License information), the final test, the student's evaluation of the course and school, and a copy of the completion certificate. Be assured that we protect your private information. We limit access to personal information to our employees who need to know that information to perform their administrative duties and/or to operate, develop, or improve our services. Individuals who have access to this information follow appropriate procedures concerning any disclosures of personal information and must comply with our privacy and security policies.
