1. Check Your Login Credentials

• Double-check that you’ve entered the correct email address and password.

• Ensure your Caps Lock key isn’t accidentally enabled, as passwords are case-sensitive.

2. Clear Your Browser Cache and Cookies

Cached data or cookies can sometimes interfere with website functionality. To clear them:

On Safari (macOS/iOS):

1. Open Safari, then go to Safari > Preferences > Privacy (on Mac) or Settings > Safari (on iOS).

2. Click or tap Manage Website Data and select Remove All.

On Chrome:

1. Open Chrome and go to Settings > Privacy and Security > Clear Browsing Data.

2. Select “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached images and files,” then click Clear data.

Refresh the page and try logging in again.

3. Disable Browser Privacy Features (if applicable)

Certain browser privacy settings can block necessary login data, leading to errors. For Safari users:

• On Mac: Go to Safari > Preferences > Privacy and uncheck Prevent Cross-Site Tracking.

• On iOS: Open Settings > Safari and toggle off Prevent Cross-Site Tracking.

For detailed instructions, refer to Apple’s guide: Manage cookies and website data in Safari.

4. Use a Different Browser

If the issue persists, try logging in using a different browser such as Chrome, Firefox, or Edge. Ensure the browser is updated to the latest version.

5. Reset Your Password

If you’ve forgotten your password:

1. Go to the Nadui.com login page.

2. Click Forgot Password and follow the prompts to reset it.

6. Contact Nadui.com Support

If none of the above steps work, there might be an issue with the website itself or your account. Reach out to Elko DUI School’s support team for further assistance.

By following these steps, you should be able to resolve most login issues quickly. If you continue to experience problems, switching devices or using a private/incognito window might help as a temporary workaround.
