If you’re seeing a "Class Not Found" message, follow these steps to resolve the issue:
Check Your Google Account
Make sure you are logged into the same Google account you used to join the course when you paid for it.
If you’re signed into a different account, switch to the correct one.
Log Out and Log Back In
Sign out of Google Classroom and log back in using the correct account.
Completed Courses
If you’ve finished the course, your access to Google Classroom may have been removed.
If you believe your access was removed but you haven’t completed the course, contact us immediately for assistance.
