If you’re seeing a "Class Not Found" message, follow these steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Check Your Google Account

    • Make sure you are logged into the same Google account you used to join the course when you paid for it.

    • If you’re signed into a different account, switch to the correct one.

  2. Log Out and Log Back In

    • Sign out of Google Classroom and log back in using the correct account.

  3. Completed Courses

    • If you’ve finished the course, your access to Google Classroom may have been removed.

    • If you believe your access was removed but you haven’t completed the course, contact us immediately for assistance.
