How to Set Up a Portal Account

Here's how to access your Elpha Secure dashboard, the place to manage security alerts and utilize our cybersecurity software.

Welcome to Elpha Secure! To access your dashboard, complete your account setup by checking your email inbox for an invitation from login@elphasecure.com to create your portal account.

Don't see it? Be sure to check your spam folder or reach out to our Customer Success team to have the invite resent.

Logging in

Once you've created your portal account, you can log in anytime at https://my.elphasecure.com.

Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is required on every sign-in, so have your phone handy to enter your One-Time Password.

Your dashboard is where you'll manage alerts and access our cybersecurity software.
