How do I set up my Elpha Secure portal?

Here's how to access your Elpha Secure dashboard, the place to access our cybersecurity software and manage security alerts.

Welcome to Elpha Secure! To access your Elpha Secure dashboard, you'll need to complete account setup. Check your email inbox for an invitation to create your portal account.

Don't see it? Be sure to look in your spam folder or reach out to our Customer Success to resend the invite.

Logging in

Once, you've created your portal account, find us here anytime at: https://my.elphasecure.com

Multi-factor authentication is required on every sign in, so make sure to have your phone handy to enter your One-Time Password.

This is where you'll come to manage your alerts and access our cybersecurity software.
