eMastered has a 14-day refund policy. To be eligible for a refund you must have purchased your paid plan in the last 14 days, and also downloaded less than 4 songs in total.

Using our admin panel we are able to keep tabs on how much you've used the platform, so if your refund request is denied it is because it either a) was purchased more than 14 days ago or b) you've downloaded more than 3 songs since signing up.
