For reasons like this we actually email you your eMastered version of a mastered Pay As You Go file, just in case the download process isn't working. Check your inbox in a little bit to see the song emailed to you.

Additionally you can request another copy of the file emailed to you by clicking the appropriate option:

Once selected, choose a download format or send it to your email once more.
