To load a preset click the top middle preset menu:

From here you'll be able to select the category of presets you'd like to look through, and double click on the preset you want to load. The preset (the right-most column) highlighted in red is the one that will be loaded: 

Once double clicked that new preset will be loaded into Atom and will be ready for use.
