Volume inside of Atom is controlled in two places:

The Oscillator volumes will raise or lower the volume of that specific oscillator, while the top right "Master Volume," will raise the overall output volume of Atom. 

To raise the volume in any of these areas turn the knob to the right, or to lower the volume turn the volume knobs left.
