To copy one oscillator's settings onto another simply right click the grey background of the oscillator you want to copy, and a new menu will appear:

Make sure to not right-click on an oscillator parameter itself, as the menu option will not appear in this case.

To copy the oscillator's settings simply click the "copy," option, then right click the background of the oscillator you want to put the settings on and select the "paste," option.
