So sorry to hear you're having issues!
Firstly before proceeding we need to ensure you downloaded and installed (in the proper order!) both of the correct ATOM installers, which can be found in the "My Account," page:
Ensure you downloaded the correct installer for your DAW (Mac is only 64 bit, windows has 32 bit and 64 bit!).
Each of these ATOM downloads has two parts, so we now need to ensure you downloaded both and installed them in the correct order. Double check you have installed both parts of the installer, starting with 1 of 2 (the License Manager) and then 2 of 2, the Plugin itself:
From here ensure that you copied your ATOM license key from your "My Account," page and pasted it into your ATOM plugin once you loaded the plugin in your favorite DAW.
If these issues did not cause the problem you're inquiring about then we'll need more clarification on which operating system and DAW you're using to troubleshoot further.
