How do I know whether my payout has gone through?
In your personal account in the "Payouts" section, check the transaction for today. Payouts for all coins are conducted between 16:00 and 17:00.
Payout coin (BTC).
Date. Date format (DD.MM.YYYY).
The amount of funds paid for mining.
Transaction hash.
Why hasn't my payout gone through?
Check the following:
When did you set up the wallet? - For security reasons, 24 hours must pass between the wallet is set up and the first payment to it is conducted. Example: You set up the wallet on the 23rd at 18:00 (GMT + 3) while the payouts were conducted on the 23rd at 16:30 (GMT + 3). Therefore, you will receive the first payout on the 25th since you set up the wallet after the payments had been conducted (between 16:00 and 17: 00 GMT + 3).
Have you set a minimum withdrawal threshold? - After setting the minimum threshold, the payout will be conducted only after the minimum payout threshold is reached. Example: You have set a minimum threshold of 0.1 BTC on the 23rd at 12:00 (GMT + 3) while the total amount of your account is 0.099 BTC; therefore, you will receive your payout only on the day following the date when the minimum value is reached.
Do you have a wallet? - The payout cannot be completed until you specify the wallet.
How do I read the transaction hash?
The number of confirmations. Different wallets display transactions based on a different number of confirmations. Usually, for a transaction to appear in the recipient's wallet 3+ confirmations are needed.

How do I find a transaction in my wallet?
Go to the https://blockchair.com/ru/ resource (or to any other explorer).
Enter your wallet in the search bar and press ENTER.
Select a network. If you mine BTC, select the Bitcoin network
On the next screen you will see the following:
Your wallet and, below it, all transactions for that wallet.
Deposit and withdrawal of funds. “+” displays the deposit; "-" displays the withdrawal.
The amount of funds (in our case, it is the receipt of 0.01013107 BTC).
The time of the transaction confirmation. The time shown on the https://blockchair.com website is UTC + 0. If you are located in Russia, add the local time zone (UTC + 3) to the shown time.
Transaction confirmation. 3+ confirmations are needed for the money to arrive to the wallet.
You can also check this amount in your personal account in the Payout section (as in the example above).
Why does it take so long?
You need to wait for the network to confirm. If the transaction has no confirmation, it means that it has not yet been processed by miners, but in fact the funds are already at your address.
The coins are not in my wallet, but I can see the transfer in the pool. What should I do?
Usually, all you need to do is wait a little. First of all, you need to check the blockchain (transaction hash). Each transaction requires a certain number of confirmations ("No of confirmations").
The blockchain has already shown 5 or more confirmations, but the money is not displayed in the wallet.
In most cases, if you specified the correct wallet and the funds from the blockchain have arrived but they are not displayed in your wallet, you need to contact the wallet. Each wallet has a minimum amount for deposit. If the amount is below that minimum, it will not be reflected in the wallet.
What should I do if the amount I sent is lower that the minimum required in the wallet?
Your money has not gone anywhere! The funds have arrived in this wallet through the blockchain, even though the wallet does not display it. You need to contact the wallet and explain the situation.
I accidentally sent funds to the wrong wallet. Can I get my money back?
Unfortunately, you can’t. The blockchain does not allow interfering with transactions as can be done in banks. Be more careful in the future.
