We ask for your residential address to ensure you are who you say you are. It is one step of many we use to stop fraudulent sign ups.
Why do you need my personal email address?
We use your personal email address for all things personal account related. This includes when you forget your passcode, changing your passcode or any suspicious activity on your account.
I can’t remember my login details and am trying to create a new account. What should I do?
Go through the login flow and click ‘Forgot Passcode’. From there, follow the steps to reset your login details. If you feel you need help, contact support.
