The tags you add to your network partner profiles will allow you to search and sort network partners when sending quotes requests out. This tool is particularly useful if you have a large network of partners.
Tags can be used to indicate certain characteristics of your Network Partners, such as:
The equipment types they run (flatbed, van, reefer, etc.)
Locations or regions where they have regular coverage (outbound CA, Northeast Only, etc.)
Specific operational details (Teams, Hazmat, Cross Country, etc.)
Adding Tags to Your Network Partners
Click the Network tab on the left hand side of the screen.
Click the ellipsis (three dots) of the Network Partner you want to add a Tag to and click Edit.
In the Edit Network Partner pop up, click the Tags drop down menu. You will be able to select one or more Tags that currently exist to apply to the Network Partner.
You can also click Create Tag to add a Tag that doesn’t already exist to the Network Partner.
Enter the name of the new tag in the Tag field and click CREATE.
Once you have selected all of the tags you want to add to your Network Partner, click CONFIRM.
You will now be able to see the Tags you have added to your Network Partner, and remove any that may no longer apply by clicking the X next to the Tag. Click SAVE once you are done editing the Network Partner.
Hover your mouse over the Tags to view a list of all the Tags you have added to that Network Partner.
How to Utilize Tags
Once Tags are added to your Network Partners, there are different ways to utilize them. In the Network Partners tab, you can search for them by Tag by clicking the drop down menu next to the Search bar, selecting Tags, and then typing in the specific Tag you are looking for.
After creating a quote, you can filter your Network Partners by Tag to send a quote request to them by clicking the Arrow icon at the bottom of the quote.
A menu will appear, allowing you to select one or more Tags to narrow your search with.
You can click the blue Tag icon next to the contact’s emails if they have Tags assigned to them to view which Tags have been assigned to them.
Click CLOSE to hide the Tags assigned to the Network Partner.
