Conversation Actions
There are many actions a user can take to get the most out of the Emissary Inbox:
1. Mark a conversation Important
2. Tag a conversation
3. Archive a conversation
4. Mark a conversation as Unread
5. Download a transcript
These can be accessed through the "Options" ellipse on every conversation in the List pane:
...or in the banner at the top of the Conversation pane
1. Marking a conversation Important ("Starring"):
To mark a conversation as Important: Select the star icon in the conversation banner:
The star will show in the conversation banner and also in the Inbox conversation list:
2. Use a Tag
Tags allow users to organize their conversations by labeling them. To add a tag, select the tag icon under the contact name.
Then, add any tag to the contact by pressing the enter key. You can add as many tags as you’d like.
Please note that you need to press Enter on your keyboard after typing the tag; otherwise, the tag won't correctly save.
Tags are for internal reference only. You can include items about the position the contact is applying for, how the contact was sourced, or anything else you may find helpful.
Select Save to save your tags. Clicking on a tag within the inbox will run a search for all conversations labeled with that tag. Tags can be removed from within the conversation itself or the List pane.
3. Archive a conversation
Archiving makes it easy for users to focus on the current set of conversation they need to manage. Selecting the archive icon will bring up this message:
4. Mark a conversation as Unread
To mark a conversation as Unread, select the radio button next to left of the conversation in the Inbox list:
5. Download a transcript

The file includes the following content:
