For surveys, please expect to receive your incentive 12 days after your participation.
For interviews, please expect to receive your incentive 48 hours after your participation.
Once the payment is issued, it will appear immediately on the Polis portal. There is an expected payout date shown in Polis on the 'Participation History' tab.
