Scheduling and managing interviews can be a challenge - we're here to help.

Emporia has its own in-app scheduling tool (similar to Calendly). This allows you to create calendar blocks for respondents to choose from. It also gives you access to Emporia's reminder feature set and will result in your bookings showing up in the Confirmed Bookings view.

Emporia integrates with Calendly to help you coordinate meeting times with your respondents. You are able to configure this option in the ‘Scheduling’ tab from within your project.

With manual correspondence, your team will need to review and request a booking with every candidate before interviewing them. With this booking style, setting up and managing interviews is primarily done over email. For more information on how to engage candidates using ‘Manual Correspondence’, check out this article.
