Survey Monkey Set-up:

1. Copy the Exit URLs located at the top of the Project Details section.

2) Since Survey Monkey automatically appends custom variables to the survey link, you need to remove "?uid=${uid}" from the Success, Quota Full, and Terminate URLs.

Success URL:

Change from: https://app.emporiaresearch.com/survey/qualified?uid=${uid}
Change to: https://app.emporiaresearch.com/survey/qualified

Quota Full URL:

Change from: https://app.emporiaresearch.com/survey/quotafull?uid=${uid}
Change to: https://app.emporiaresearch.com/survey/quotafull

Terminate URL:

Change from: https://app.emporiaresearch.com/survey/terminated?uid=${uid}
Change to: https://app.emporiaresearch.com/survey/terminated

3) After removing "uid", add the Exit URLs in Survey Monkey by selecting "URL Redirect" in the Survey Builder. Then, enter all three exit URLs in the right-side editor so that respondents are redirected back to Emporia after having been terminated or completed your survey.

4) Next, add "uid" as a custom variable in Survey Monkey.

5) Lastly, add "uid" to your web collector so that it can be passed through the survey link.

Emporia Platform Set-up:

1) Drop in your Survey Monkey web link in the "Base Survey Link" section of your project.

2) Next, add "uid" as a custom variable.

3) Then, add "collectorid" as a static variable and set the value to "Emporia".

Before saving your Project Details, we recommend testing the integration to ensure that the survey is set up to redirect respondents to and from the platform.
