User Authentication

Set a default login method for all users in your organisation.

Updated over a week ago

User authentication is the foundation of Empuls security, ensuring that only authorized individuals access employee data and reward systems. This guide covers authentication methods, security features, and best practices.

Single sign-on (SSO) allows users to log in to Empuls and other corporate apps without having to enter their organisational credentials every time they switch apps. Admins can add or revoke user access via the existing identity management tool.

Before You Begin

To implement authentication properly:

  • Understanding of your organization's security requirements

  • Determination of which authentication methods to support

  • Planning for user onboarding and password management
