If you need to speak to a musician over the phone prior to making a booking, you can call them safely through our Instant Call feature. Just follow these simple steps to connect your call!
Firstly, head to your enquiry page. (For guidance on how to find your enquiry page, please click here.)
Once there, click the “Call” button on a musician's quote tile or in your chat with them to begin the process:

Next, please confirm your number using the format below. Make sure your number is entered correctly; otherwise, the call will not connect.

Please note: unfortunately, our system currently only facilitates UK numbers. If you have an international phone number, email us at bookings@encoremusicians.com, and we’ll be happy to help you get connected.
Once you have correctly entered your phone number, simply click the green “Start call” button:
You will receive a call from 01290 211813. Once you answer this call, you will hear a pre-recorded message to inform you that our calls are recorded for training and monitoring purposes. To connect to your musician, you will be asked to press “1”.
After pressing "1", your phone will automatically start ringing; this is where you will be connected to the musician.
Please let the phone ring to allow time for the musician to answer. This can take longer than expected, as the musicians need time to accept the call.
Reminder: We always recommend arranging a time with your musician before calling to ensure a successful call. Our musicians are very busy performing at events each day and sometimes are not able to answer a call without sufficient notice.
