Colombia: Refund

If you have a refund available, please check your purchase registration email to see if you received a message requesting your bank details.

  • Remember to fill in all mandatory fields;

  • We ask that you verify you are entering the correct bank and all the digits of your bank account;

  • If you choose option Bancolombia, remember that you have up to 11 digits to enter;

  • The document number must match the beneficiary's one.

    • For this information, please ensure you enter the correct number of digits according to the type of document you choose;

    • As an example, if you choose Cédula de Ciudadanía, pay attention to ensure the digits and their quantity are correct.

  • Remember to indicate whether it is a checking or savings account;

  • For NEQUI accounts, you can only indicate savings account.
