How to find my transaction with the transaction lookup portal?

After you make your campaign payment in Facebook's page, you can check your payment or refund's status in our transaction lookup portal following these few steps:

How to see my payment or refund's status?

  1. Access the portal and type your email address associated with the transaction;

  2. A code will be sent to your email inbox for you to validate your identity, you must enter the 6 digit code (only valid for 3 minutes);

  3. Select the search option "payment" or "refund" and the payment method (card or others);

  4. Enter the required information: country, payment date, amount and the last four digits of your card (only if applicable);

  5. Click the lookup button your transaction button to verify your transaction’s status.

Warnings:

  • If you do not receive the email with the code, wait for a few minutes and check your spam folder. If you still have not received the code, contact us for help;

  • The information about your transaction’s status will only be shown in the portal and will not be sent anywhere else;

  • Searches are free and unlimited (without exceeding 3 searches per minute);

  • Remember that your information will be treated safely and with respect for your privacy. We suggest not sharing your data with anyone.
