Log in to the App
Once installed, you log in with your username and password, the same ones you use to access the web. With this, you can keep up to date with everything that happens in your company from your mobile phone.
Are you registering for the first time?
If you have not yet registered on the web platform you can do it from the GOconnect App.
Once you have downloaded the App on your mobile phone, log in and follow these steps:
Enter your email address
Enter the subdomain of your platform. If the URL of your platform is mycompany.gointegro.com, the subdomain is mycompany.
We will send you a 6-digit code to your email (the one you entered in step 1), enter that code in the App.
Note: If the platform is configured with single sign-on, a 6-digit code will be sent to your mailbox for you to log in and you will not need to log in with a password.Register a password
Tap on ‘Register account’.
Note: It is possible that other information such as type and number of document or work ID may be requested. If you do not know these details or the domain of your platform, please contact your HR manager or write to us to help you.
➡️ Important: Please note that the App cannot be run on Jailbroken or Rooted devices for security reasons.
