How to follow my conversations with the Support Team

We explain briefly how to review your conversation history and the steps to resume a conversation with our team.

If you have already started a conversation with our Support Team and want to continue it, you can do it by entering the chat button at the bottom of the Help Center page.

When you open it, you will see all the messages that have been exchanged. You must choose the conversation you want to resume, click on it and write your answer. 

In addition, every time you start a conversation with the Support Team, for each message sent or received, you will receive an email with the content of the message to the email you have registered.

You can also continue the conversation by replying to that e-mail.

Note: Chat conversations are valid for 7 days. After this time, it will not be possible to continue the conversation and you will have to start a new one.
