How long would it that take to receive my money once I've confirmed the request?

When you cash out your funds on ENDVR, it can take up to three business days for the transaction to be processed and for the funds to appear in your account. This processing time ensures that the transaction is secure and correctly completed.

Example: If you request a cash-out on a Monday, you can expect to receive your funds by Thursday. However, if you make a cash-out request on a Friday, the funds may not appear in your account until the following Wednesday, since the weekend does not count as business days.

Plan your cash-outs accordingly, keeping in mind the processing time, to ensure you receive your funds when you need them!

Does My Email Affect the Cash-Out Process?
The email you use for your ENDVR account won't impact your ability to cash out. However, some email providers might send our confirmation emails to your junk or spam folder, or even block them, which could prevent you from receiving the mandatory confirmation email needed for cashing out.

We recommend using a personal email when signing up, as many work emails have strict filters that may block our communications. While you can use any email to sign up, please be aware that some providers may have restrictions. To ensure you receive important updates and confirmations, it's best to choose a reliable and accessible email provider.

Are Some Cash-Out Methods Faster Than Others?
No, there isn't a cash-out method that is faster than the others on ENDVR. All methods take up to three business days to process. We recommend choosing the method you are most familiar with or comfortable using. This ensures a smooth experience and helps avoid any potential confusion or delays in receiving your funds.

I Haven’t Received My Money – What Should I Do?

Don’t worry if you haven’t received your funds yet. Cash-outs can take up to three business days to process. If it’s been more than three business days and you still haven’t received your money, or if you think you might have entered incorrect information, please contact our support team for assistance.

Does my name Affect the Cash-Out Process?

Your name does not directly affect your ability to cash out on ENDVR. However, we encourage using your real name for reasons beyond cashing out. Having your real name on your account helps in being recognized by colleagues, ensures your account is less likely to be flagged, and makes communication smoother.

Important Note: If you choose Wise as your cash-out method, you must enter your full legal name in your account to meet Wise's requirements.
