Brands - How to follow & unfollow for Store Managers

Find out how to follow a brand, what it means to unfollow a brand & how long a request takes.

Follow a brand (as a Store Manager/Owner)


Step 1 - Head to the "Brands" page of the app

Step 2 - Select "Want more brands?"
This button will show up below the connected brands, at the bottom of your page under the tab "My Brands"

Step 3 - Search for a brand
Enter the name of the brand you want to connect with.

Step 4 - Send Request
You can now select if you already sell this brand or if you want to carry them in store to sell their products in the future.
If you select "No, but I want to connect", then we will share your email address with the brand so that they can get in touch with you.

How to see my requested brands


Head into the brands tab & select "My Requests"

We always recommend letting your local brand rep know about your interest, so that they can approve your request & target your store for upcoming campaigns

How to unfollow a brand


Please be aware that unfollowing a brand will result in your whole store not having access anymore to this specific brand.

Step 1 - Go into the "Home" tab

Step 2 - Head to the "Active campaigns" tab
You'll find the "Unfollow Brand" button at the bottom of the page, which will let you unfollow specific brands.



Note: Your whole store will lose access to the brand, and their active campaigns.
You can re-follow a brand at any time.




How Long Brand Follow Requests Take to be Approved

Once a brand appears in your 'Brands Requested' list, this means the request has been sent to the brand for approval. All brands have complete control over who is connected to them. Since it is up to each brand what stores they allow to follow them in ENDVR, this means that the time it takes to be approved varies by brand.

Typically, brands approve requests fairly quickly, but sometimes it may take a bit more time!

If you notice that a brand isn't accepting your request, please reach out to your local brand rep for assistance. If your request has been pending for over a week and you have already contacted your brand rep, then please reach out to us via Intercom chat or support@endvr.io and we will contact them directly to help get your store connected.

Once you're connected, you should see all the missions available to your store. Please note, however, that each mission launch is targeted by store as well, so your store may not be in the current targeting. If you have any questions in this regard, please reach out to your local rep for access to available missions.
