We’ve got the perfect solution, which can easily be managed in your dashboard.

​Important note
No currency conversion is available; funds will only transfer in their original currency. Please contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) if the brands are not operating with the same currency.

​Step 1

Select the brand from which you wish to transfer funds by clicking on its name in the list.

Navigate to the "Payment Settings" tab to access your Wallet

Simply select "More Options," then choose "Transfer" to move funds between brands quickly and efficiently!

Choose the recipient brand to which the funds will be transferred.

Enter the amount you wish to transfer to the other brand. Please note that this amount cannot exceed your available balance in your brand wallet.

Select ''Confirm'' to process the transfer. The balance displayed here will reflect the remaining amount in your current brand after the transfer is completed.

Your transfer is now complete! You can see that the funds have successfully moved to the new brand. Additionally, all transfers will be recorded in the transactions tab for your reference.
