Follow these steps to assign prizes to the sales associates that have participated in your campaign.

Before we get started, we recommend creating the form the sales associates will receive on their phone. This form will later be sent out & will provide you with all the information you need.

​Prize Assignment

​Step 1 - Go into your campaign

Step 2 - Go to "Prizes" and select "Assign"
​Note: If you reward the user with cash, please get in touch with your Client Success Manager/Customer Support to get the funds manually transferred.

​Step 3 - Select the winner
​You can either select the user of your choice, or use the Draw function to have the prize assign randomly.

❗ If you want to draw the winner, simply select "Start Draw" and you'll be given the name of the random winner.
​
​Step 4 - Send the form to the winner
After assigning the prize, you may select the form you wish to send to the user.

​Step 5 - You can see the prize assignation and form sent on the prizes page

❗ There are three different statuses, depending on how far you are in the assignment process.
​
​Not sent = Form needs to be assigned
​Form Sent = Form has been sent to the winner (available in notification tab of the app)
​Form Returned = Winner has filled out form & sent it back
​
​Once the form is returned, it will be displayed in your Inbox or in the Prizes Tab
