Your brand profile is the first thing sales associates see when they connect with you on the app.

A complete profile—featuring your cover, description, and video—helps spread the word about your brand and builds excitement even before your first campaign launches.

1.) Head into the "Brand Settings" and select your profile.

2.) Choose a Brand Cover, Brand Description and add a Video.

If you don’t have a video handy, you can upload one directly from your brand’s YouTube account. You can always update it later!

Need a Brand Cover/Banner? A quick way to grab one is by downloading it from your brand’s Facebook page.

Brand Profile Requirements:

✅ Brand Logo – Max size: 5MB
✅ Brand Cover – 1275 x 952 px (Max 50MB)
✅ Brand Video – Max size: 50MB
✅ Brand Description – Up to 1,500 characters
