If you’re participating in a live campaign but can’t view photos or videos, don’t worry—there’s a quick fix! Some Wi-Fi networks have restrictions that prevent certain media from loading. Switching to Mobile Data can usually resolve the issue instantly.
Why is this happening?
Some ISPs (Internet Service Providers) or Wi-Fi networks apply content filtering rules that may block or limit access to specific domains, including those used to store campaign images and videos. As a result, you may find that some media files load while others don’t.
How to Fix It
Try these steps to get your content to load:
✅ Switch to Mobile Data – If you’re connected to Wi-Fi and experiencing issues, turn off Wi-Fi and use mobile data instead.
✅ Try a Different Network – If possible, connect to another Wi-Fi network and check if the issue persists.
✅ Use a VPN – Some ISPs block certain services. A VPN (Virtual Private Network) can help bypass these restrictions.
✅ Disable “Smart” Filtering – Some internet providers offer security settings that filter content. If you have access to your ISP settings, try disabling content filtering or “Smart” security features.
✅ Contact Your ISP – If none of the above steps work, reach out to your ISP and ask them to unblock access to campaign media.
Additional Information
- This issue is caused by ISP policies and is outside of ENDVR’s control. 
- Some ISPs may not be willing to adjust their filtering settings.
