Whether it's to help you manage the tool by creating new missions, approving stores & organizing them into groups, or just to keep an eye on the action, inviting your colleagues is easy & fast.
You can now invite your colleagues to the Brand Portal with the correct visibility from the start, and even do bulk invitations!
Step 1 - Click on your name or settings cog in bottom left of menu
Step 2 - Click on Company Settings.
Step 3 - Select Members and click on Invite
Step 4 - Invitation Type
Select which Invitation type you'll like to use, Individual Invitation or Multiple Invites
Individual Invitation

Use this option to invite one person at a time and assign them a specific role—Viewer, Sales Rep, or Admin.
Name: First and last name are required.
Email: The invitation will be sent to this address. It will also be used for future logins.
Language: Choose between French or English.
Role: Select Viewer, Sales Rep, or Admin. [Learn more here]
When assigning the Admin role, you’ll need to specify which brand(s) the user should have access to—it can be one, multiple, or all of your brands!
The same applies to Sales Reps and Viewers—you’ll also need to define which brand(s) they can access, along with the visibility of the store(s) or group(s) they’re allowed to see.

Use this option to invite multiple person at a time and assign them a specific role—Viewer, Sales Rep, or Admin. You may download the Template
Step 1 - Download the template
Fill out all the required information for each user

Step 2 - Upload your list!
Ensure that the number of members matches the number you intend to invite.
Step 3 - Confirm the Brand Access & Roles
Make sure each member has the correct access. You can adjust their brand access and visibility individually.
When assigning the Admin role, you’ll need to specify which brand(s) the user should have access to—it can be one, multiple, or all of your brands!
The same applies to Sales Reps and Viewers—you’ll also need to define which brand(s) they can access, along with the visibility of the store(s) or group(s) they’re allowed to see.
If you would like to give adjust what they can or cannot do for each brand, you'll need to modify their Permission level for each brand.
