Adding Brand Connection 🔗

Have a brand in-store but don’t see it on ENDVR? You’re in the right place!

Connecting your store with the brands you sell, you're just a few clicks away from sales incentives, educational content, and brand-exclusive campaigns!

Step 1 - Brand Tab
From your Dashboard, select the ''Brand'' tab on your right hand side pannel.



Step 2 - Connect to Brands
Select the ''Connect to Brand'' on the upper right conner



Step 3 - Request Access
You can request access for each brand you carry in-store by clicking Connect. Once your request is submitted, the status will update to Requested for that brand.



Step 4 - Requested Brand
After requesting new brands, a "Requested" tab will appear, displaying all the brands you've submitted requests for. If you need to cancel a request, you can do it directly from this tab.



Unfollowing a Brand that you don't carry anymore

Once you’re connected to a brand, you can remove it from your store by selecting the "Remove" button.


FAQ

What should I do if the request is still pending and not approved?
We recommend waiting up to 5 business days for the request to be approved. If it remains unapproved after that time, please reach out to your rep to follow up.

Can I request brands that we don’t sell in-store?
Please avoid requesting brands you don’t carry, as these requests will be rejected. Submitting unnecessary requests creates extra work for the brand, and we prefer to minimize that.


I don’t see a brand I sell—can I refer or request them?
Yes, you can invite new brands to the platform if they aren’t already using it. Click here to learn how to refer or request a brand.
