In the Employees tab, you can view all employees linked to your store(s), track how many missions each one has completed, update their roles, remove them from your store, and more.
To unlock all this valuable data, make sure your employees are added to your store — invite them on the app!
See below to learn how you can invite all your employees in just a few clicks.
Step 1 - Employee Tab
Head on your Employees Tab
Step 2 - Select ''Add Employee ''
Located in the top right corner of your page
Step 3 - Store selection
To invite new employees, select a store from your location list. Only one store can be selected at a time, so repeat the process for each additional store.
Step 3 - Add Employee
You can send invitations individually or in bulk.
Individual Invitation
Enter the employee's name
Enter their email address
Select their role
Multiple Invite
Download the template
Upload your list.
Note
Once invitations are sent, employees will receive an email with a link to download the app from the App Store or open it directly if it's already installed.
