How Point of Sale (POS) Integration Works

This feature isn’t available just yet, but hang tight—we’re working on it and it’s on the way!

POS integration allows in-store transactions to be automatically linked to ENDVR campaigns launched by the brand and available in your store. This ensures real-time tracking, accurate reward attribution, and a smoother experience for reps.

❗NOTE - This feature is only available for specific campaigns, as it must be enabled by the brand.



Setting Up POS Integration in your Retailer Portal

Step 1 - Select Your POS Provider

From your dashboard, navigate to the POS integration settings, and select your POS system. This can be found under the Stores tab.

Available POS integration

  • Lightspeed

  • Square

  • Loyverse

  • Clover

  • Shopify

  • Vend



Step 2 - Link the POS ID

Enter the POS ID associated with the store or terminal you want to link.

Step 3 - Wait for the Integration to Complete

Once the ID is submitted, the system will begin syncing. This may take a few minutes. You can track the progress from the integration dashboard.



Step 4 - Integration Completed

Once the connection is complete, the POS status will appear as “Active.”


Turning Off POS Integration

If you need to disable the integration at any time:

  1. Navigate to the same POS integration settings.

  2. Select the provider you wish to disconnect.

  3. Click "Disable Integration" or "Unlink POS".

  4. Confirm your choice when prompted by Selecting continue


Note : Disabling the POS link will pause all sales tracking for that store until reactivated.
