Withdrawing money from your Brand Wallet is just as easy as adding it.
Follow the simple steps below, and once completed, the funds will be sent back to your bank account.
❗Heads up: The final wallet balance will be confirmed with our Accounting team. Any active campaigns or unpaid invoices will be factored in before processing a refund. If there’s an outstanding balance that’s higher than what’s in the wallet, a refund might not be possible.
First of all, log in to your Brand Portal.
Step 1 - From the dashboard, select Brand Wallet.
Brand Wallet is located on the left side menu of your Brand portal
Step 2 - Withdraw
In your Brand Wallet, click on the “Withdraw” button located under your Total Balance.
Step 3 - Amount
Enter the desired withdrawal amount.
Step 4 - Add Bank Information
Fill in all the requested bank details to complete your withdrawal setup.
Step 5 - Request completed
After completing your request, it will show up in the Transaction History.
