How does it work?
The program is simple and runs automatically. You "claim" a new store by completing the following steps:
A new retail store is added to the ENDVR platform.
You are the first brand to have an associate in that store complete one of your brand education campaigns.
When that first campaign is completed, you "claim" that store.
What are the rewards?
When you claim a new store, ENDVR eliminates its monthly fee for that specific location. The exact benefit depends on your account type:
For Pay-As-You-Go Partners: You get 12 months free for that specific store location.
For Annual Subscription Partners: That store location is free for the entire duration of your current contract, effectively increasing the value of your subscription.

Q: How is a "new store" defined?
A: A new store is any retail location that is newly activated on the ENDVR platform and has not yet had an associate complete a campaign from any brand.
Q: How do I know if a store is eligible?
A: All new stores are eligible from the moment they join the platform. The program is designed to reward the brand that engages them first.
Q: How can I track the stores I've "claimed"?
A: We are working on a new dashboard report to show all your claimed stores and the associated savings. In the meantime, please contact your Customer Success Manager for a detailed report.
Q: Does this apply to stores I am already active in?
A: No. The FACTS program is designed to reward expansion and applies only to new stores activated on the platform moving forward.
