  • Incremental Revenue Opportunity: Estimates potential sales gains based on current campaign engagement and average user spend.

Product & Performance

  • Product Sales: Breaks down performance by SKU, listing total units sold and their specific sales value.

  • Average Unit Sold/Associate: Benchmarks individual productivity by tracking the average number of items sold per participating associate.

Engagement & Quality

  • Engagement: Tracks participation levels against targets for both associates and stores, including a geographic heat map.

  • Group Overview: Summarizes store participation and sales performance across different organizational groups.

Digital Education Insights

Digital Education Insights offers valuable information into training effectiveness and learner behavior. The combination of high engagement and a steady rise in time spent on content suggests that the training is resonating with participants and directly enhancing their product knowledge.

  • AVG Time On Content: A week-by-week timeline showing how long users are engaging with educational materials, helping to identify if content is becoming more or less absorbing over time.

  • Submissions Over Time: Visualizes the daily or weekly volume of training attempts, categorized by successful completions versus failures to identify period-specific hurdles.

Operational & Reach

  • Submission Status: Groups all training attempts by their first-try success, retakes ("Over 1"), or persistent failures to gauge module difficulty.

  • Engagement & Reach: Compares current Associate and Store participation against predefined targets, including a geographic heat map to identify regional training gaps.

  • Group Overview: Breaks down participation and approval rates across different internal organizational groups to highlight top-performing teams.

  • Discount Codes: Tracks the inventory of digital rewards, showing both codes distributed and those still available for the campaign.
