The Brand Library lets you share files with the associates who follow your brand, right from the ENDVR mobile app. Whatever you place in your Shared Library folder is what associates can browse, search, preview, and download from your brand's profile.

Keep it curated: Only files inside the Shared Library folder reach associates. Everything else in your Media Library stays private to your team.
Name files clearly: Associates can search and sort by name, so descriptive file names (like "Spring 2027 Price List") make files easy to find.
Use folders to stay organized: Associates open folders level by level, so group related files together (for example, by season or product line).
Step 1 - Open your Media Library
From your Brand Portal, look at the left navigation. Under Resources, click Media Library.
Step 2 - Find your Shared Library folder
In the Media Library, look for the folder called Shared Library. It is marked with a Visible to associates badge on its card, and with a purple marker in the Navigator on the left, so you can spot it right away.
Step 3 - Open the folder
Click the Shared Library folder to open it. A banner at the top confirms that everything in this folder is visible to associates in the ENDVR app.
Step 4 - Add your files
Click Upload and select the files you want to share with associates. You can also click Create Folder to add subfolders inside the Shared Library and keep your files organized.
Once a file is in the Shared Library, associates can see it in the app.
Step 5 - Manage your files
Need to make a change? Use the options at the top of the folder to keep your library up to date:
Move: Select a file and click Move to place it in a different folder.
Delete: Select a file and click Delete to remove it.
â Please note: Files you move out of the Shared Library or delete will no longer be visible to associates in the app.

What the Associate Sees in the App
Associates find your files on your brand's profile in the ENDVR mobile app under Brand Library.
Here is what they can do:
Browse folders: Folders open level by level, with a breadcrumb at the top to jump back to any parent folder.
Search: Associates can search to find a specific file quickly.
Filter by type: Files can be filtered by images, videos, documents, or spreadsheets.
Sort: Files can be sorted by name or by date.
Preview or save: Associates can preview a file in the app or save it to their phone.
