What happens to your personal information when your account is deleted?
You will not be able to log into ENDVR anymore
We will remove your profile picture, name and email address from our active users on ENDVR network.
We will keep your e-mail address and limited administrative information about your account for 2 years after the deletion to comply with our legal obligations, as well as for financial auditing purposes, unless we are required to keep it longer under applicable laws.
Unfortunately, we can’t reactivate deleted accounts.
What happens to your money when your account is deleted?
If you have money in your piggy bank, it will automatically be sent via PayPal to the email address you use to log into ENDVR. Accepting this final cash out is your responsibility. If you do not accept the funds, they will be returned to ENDVR and will no longer be available to you.
If you have pending money, unfortunately you will lose the possibility to earn this money because we cannot be sure your submissions would have been approved. We recommend that you only request to delete your account after your pending balance is cleared.
What happens if I participated in a contest?
Unfortunately, if you have participated in a contest and choose to delete your account before receiving the results, you lose all chances to win as your personal information will be removed from our database.
What happens if I earned gift rewards?
If you have already ordered from a rewards store and received a shipment confirmation, you will receive the order. Your personal information will only be removed from the database after the shipment is made.
If you earned a gift reward but did not order it prior to deleting your account, you will lose the ability to claim it as your personal information will be deleted.
