How to submit a receipt for a sales contest

How to Submit Your Receipts

STEP 1 - Select the mission you want to submit your receipts to

STEP 2 - Read through the mission description. This will ensure you understand any restrictions or special considerations in place from the brand.

Missions are created by the brands and are restricted to their contest details and rules & regulations. However, if something does not seem correct, please reach out to us so we can clarify with the brand.

Please make sure that your receipts include:

- Date of sale

- Product name & price

- Receipt ID

STEP 3 - Complete any other steps as requested. Typically, you may be asked to enter the sales price of the product sold (this would exclude any discounts and tax), and the model / type of product you sold.

STEP 4 - Submit your receipts!

You can either submit a single receipt or make multiple submissions, by following the steps below.

SUBMISSION - SINGLE RECEIPT
Click here if you only want to submit one receipt.

Please upload your receipt & fill out the required fields.

MULTIPLE SUBMISSIONS

By clicking on 'Add multiple entries' you can either choose to submit

'A receipt for each sale' or upload a sales report, that includes all the items in one file, by clicking on 'A receipt with all sales'.

Here you can submit as many different receipts as you want,

without going in and out of the campaign.

Just upload all the receipts that fit into your campaign,

by following the steps below.

1.) Enter all the information & upload receipt.

2.) Add other receipts by clicking '+ Add Entry'.

3.) Once you've added all your receipts, click on 'Finish' to submit them.

Here you can upload a sales report (one receipt) that includes all the sales you want to submit for your campaign.

Example: 1 Receipt includes 3 different products, which will be counted as 3 entries.

1.) Enter all the information & upload your receipt

2.) Once you're done, click on 'Send' to submit the receipts.


PLEASE NOTE: If you are unable to submit receipts in this format (maybe you have an old POS system), then please reach out to us via Intercom chat or hello@endvr.io and we'll work with you to ensure your sales can be counted.

*Additional note for optical users: Please do not include any patient information in the submission of your receipts. We understand that patient privacy is of the utmost importance and we do not want any HIPAA regulations to be violated. To ensure that all necessary information is still visible, we would ask that you please put a sticky note over or cross out any confidential information.

Submission Review Timeline
Each brand is responsible for reviewing the submissions made to their campaigns. This will be done as quickly as the brands are able to do it, and shouldn’t take longer than a couple days, always depending on time of the year and volume of submissions.
