How to Invite Employees

Learn how to invite employees from your retailer dashboard

As an admin at an ENDVR For Retailer Account, you can invite your team members to your organization at anytime. This can either be done individually or can be uploaded via a .CSV file. We'll show you how easy it is here!

1) Click on your EMPLOYEES page in the left hand menu

2) Click on 'ADD EMPLOYEES' in the upper right hand corner

3) Select the store where you'd like to add your Employees by clicking on the radio button and select 'NEXT'

4) You can now choose to either invite your Employees individually by selecting 'INDIVIDUAL INVITE' then simply entering their email and clicking on CONFIRM or inviting multiple employees by selecting 'MULTIPLE INVITES' which we'll cover below

5) When selecting 'MULTIPLE INVITES' you will then be able to upload all of your Employees for that store by .CSV file. This can be completed by clicking on 'DOWNLOAD TEMPLATE' and entering your Team Members email addresses into the .CSV file, then simply selecting 'UPLOAD LIST'

6) Once the list has been uploaded it will detect the Employee email addresses in the .CSV template. From here you be able to confirm the number of emails you have uploaded and preview the email addresses. When everything is correct select 'CONFIRM' and the email invites will be sent to your Employees
