How to create a mission - EFR

Learn how to create a mission for your campaigns

Before we get started, let's find out what the difference is between a campaign and a mission!

A Mission is where you enter the copy users will see when they visit your campaign in the app.

For Sales Contests, it will include an outline of the details of your contest.

For Learning Missions, the Mission will contain your educational content and quiz questions.

A Campaign is where you set all of the parameters, so that once you’ve launched, the app knows what to do (ie; reward type, budget, end date, discount code uploads, etc).

A campaign contains one or more missions.

You always need to build a mission first & add it to a campaign in the second step.

Don’t wait for brands to launch sales contest. Easily build internal shared campaigns and invite your brands to offer the reward!


Let's create a mission!

Step 1: Log into your web account, go to 'Missions' and select '+create Mission'.

Step 2: Choose a mission type!

Get valuable insights through surveys, check if merchandising is presented properly or create new social media promotion. This & much more can be done in a general campaign.

Let Users compete against each other and see real-time visibility of sales and participation.

Create an individual contest or a 'Store vs Store' for some fun competition.

General Mission

Step 1: Select 'General' to create a new mission, or use an existing template (recommended)

Step 2: Fill in/edit the image, mission title, description of your campaign & select additional mission details (detailed explanation below).

You've now created a general mission!

To set it live, you must add it to a campaign.

Sales Contest

Step 1: Select 'Contest' to create a new one, or use an existing template.

NEW FEATURE: You can now create a shared campaign with a brand of your choice.

Decide on the product you want to sell and request the brand to provide the reward.

Step 2: Enter an image, a title and a description of your contest, as well as the 3 actions items (middle column).

Learning Mission

Step 1: Select 'Learning' to create a new learning mission, or use an existing template

Step 2: Enter an image, the title of your campaign, additional paragraphs & select what kind of learning missions you want to create.
