To ensure that only the correct individuals benefit from all the great rewards offered on our application, we're now asking some Users for their "Proof of Employment". It's important to understand that this requirement does not stop you from completing missions and unlocking the rewards.
Please note that all uploaded documents are deleted within 24 hours.
How can I submit a proof of employment?
You have the option to submit your proof of employment when redeeming your rewards or during the cash-out process, or in your profile. When opening your profile, you should have an orange banner requesting your proof of employment!
Please find instructions below.
Accepted proof of employment
Work ID with expiration date.
Paystub from the last 30 days.
Dated letter from your employer.
Employment agreement.
We suggest obscuring any confidential details before providing the document.
Note: Kindly be aware that the upload process only requires one of the four mentioned POE's and that we do not retain any of your personal information.
What happens if I don't submit a proof of employment?
You will still be able to submit in all the campaigns, but:
Although you will be able to earn money, you will not be able to withdraw it from your piggy bank.
For products, discounts and gift cards, you will still be able to earn them, but the codes will be hidden.
For prizes, you will still be eligible and can win, but you will not be able to get your prize.
Once you submit your proof of employment, and it you will be able to withdraw your funds, view your codes and receive your prizes.
So, while you get your proof of employment ready and while we validate it, keep on crushing it! There will be nothing preventing you from participating in campaigns!
