When transitioning from finance/cash to a TPO (LightReach or any other), it is important to note that the finance method cannot be altered in the dropdown menu due to Enerflo's current inability to accommodate the escalator and rate inputs.

For instance, if LightReach is initially chosen in the proposal, it will remain as the finance method on the Finance Terms page and cannot be changed to another option.

Similarly, if we opt for cash or any other non-TPO Finance method, LightReach will not be listed in the dropdown menu. To select LightReach, we will need to go back to the edit proposal card.
