If you are trying to update a lead's milestones in the install tracker and the error "There was an error saving" "There was an error saving your changes" populates follow the instructions below.

Ensure the user updating milestones is an admin user from the installer. Installers should be updating milestones.
Go into the Milestone and check who the assigned user is. There name should be added to the milestone as the assigned user.

If it still isn't working remove there name as the assigned user and save it. Leaving it blank.

Once the assigned user has been removed, you should be able to update the milestone.
